Baystate Health is a not‑for‑profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts that includes an academic medical center, Children’s Hospital, three community hospitals and the region’s largest multispecialty group. The flagship hospital, Baystate Medical Center, is home to the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School-Baystate.

Position Highlights

• Join our well‑established team of interventional radiologists and advanced practitioners practicing at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA.
• Practice broad‑spectrum IR in both inpatient and outpatient settings on campus. Services include angiography, arterial and venous interventions, UFE, vertebral augmentation, TIPS, venous access, and an active oncology program with RF ablation, cryoablation, Y‑90 and chemoembolization. Neurovascular work is covered by another team.
• Faculty appointment to UMass Chan‑Baystate and opportunity to teach medical students and residents (our program includes 4 diagnostic radiology residents per year).
• Full‑time opportunity, also open to per diem work.
• Compensation: base salary $515,000–$665,000 (based on 1.0 FTE, experience and qualifications) plus annual incentive bonus.
• ABMS B‑E/BC in Interventional Radiology required.
