Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join the Clinical Interventional Radiology team at James Cancer Hospital. Responsibilities include inpatient and outpatient consults, clinic visits, and follow-up for IR patients, with a regular 40-hour workweek and first shift.

Qualifications

• Current certificate of authority to practice as an APRN in Ohio.
• Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program eligible to sit for national certifying exam.
• Master of Science in Nursing degree required.
• 0 years of relevant experience; 0–2 years ICU/IM/ED preferred.
• Alternative pathway: PA-C with NCCPA certification and Ohio licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in collaboration with a licensed physician.
• Manage preventive care and acute or chronic conditions in IR patients.
• Participate in inpatient and outpatient IR consults, clinic visits, and follow-ups.
