Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a hospital-based interventional radiology specialist in Kentucky for a weekday M-F, 8 am - 5 pm assignment with no on-call duties or weekend shifts.

The role requires fluoroscopy, paracentesis, thoracentesis, chest tube placements, CT and ultrasound biopsies, myelograms and arthrograms, as well as fluoro-guided G-tubes, tunneled catheters and percutaneous nephrostomy tubes. Travel and housing are prepaid, with malpractice insurance included.

Qualifications

• Hospital-based interventional radiology role with a weekday schedule (M-F, 8 am–5 pm) and no on-call or weekend shifts.
• Experience with fluoroscopy-guided procedures and vascular/diagnostic imaging is required.
• Procedures listed include paracentesis, thoracentesis, chest tube placements, CT/US biopsies, myelograms, and arthrograms.
• Fluoro-guided G-tube, tunneled catheters, and percutaneous nephrostomy tubes are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluoroscopy-guided procedures such as G-tubes, tunneled catheters, and nephrostomy tubes.
• Carry out CT and ultrasound biopsies, myelograms, and arthrograms.
• Execute paracentesis, thoracentesis, and chest tube placements as required.
• Maintain assignment via online portal and ensure timely time entry.
