The Role:

• Location: Crown Point, IN — must be willing to cover sites in Lafayette, Terre Haute, and other Northern IN locations
• Assignment duration: 10/11/2026 - 12/6/2026 (56 days)
• Shift Type: 7a-4p EST. 7 days per week onsite.
• In House Call: 7 nights per week with callback; holidays TBD
• Cases: Interventional Radiology cases only — high-end IR procedures; reading when comfortable. Productivity expectation: 25 RVUs per shift. Candidates must have availability of more than 6 weeks per year; greater availability preferred.
