Five Star Nursing is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join our team. The role involves performing a range of minimally invasive procedures under fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT guidance in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in Radiologic Technology or a related healthcare field.
• Current ARRT (R) registration; ARRT (VI) Vascular-Interventional preferred.
• BLS certification required; ACLS a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or vascular imaging.

Responsibilities

• Assist interventional radiologists in biopsies, drain placements, embolizations, angioplasties, and thrombolysis.
• Operate fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT to guide procedures with precision.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields; manage contrast media, guidewires, catheters, and closure devices.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and condition during procedures for safety and comfort.
• Document procedural details, contrast usage, and post-procedure care instructions.
• Collaborate with radiology team, nursing staff, and referring physicians to ensure seamless care.
