Radiology Partners is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join our Key West practice, supporting Lower Keys Medical Center with a balanced IR/DR mix and IR procedures such as biopsies and port placements.

The schedule is Monday–Friday with no IR call or night coverage, offering excellent work–life balance. A competitive compensation package, partnership-track opportunities, and 10 weeks of PTO for partners plus holidays are provided.

Job Description

Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join our growing practice in Key West, Florida , supporting Lower Keys Medical Center. The position offers a balanced clinical mix averaging approximately 50% Interventional Radiology and 50% Diagnostic Radiology, depending on practice needs. IR procedures include paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, port placement, fluoroscopy, cholangiograms, joint injections, and lumbar punctures. Experience with breast imaging and procedures is a plus but not required.

The schedule is Monday through Friday with minimal weekend coverage for partnership-track physicians. No IR call or night coverage is required , offering an exceptional opportunity for work-life balance.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
