Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) in Key West, FL seeks an Interventional Radiologist to join a growing practice near Lower Keys Medical Center. The role offers a balanced mix of Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology, approximately 50/50, with IR procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, port placement, fluoroscopy, cholangiograms, injections and lumbar punctures.

Monday–Friday schedule, minimal weekend coverage, promoting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with residency training in Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology.
• Board eligible or certified by ABR or AOCR in Interventional Radiology.
• Medical license or ability to obtain license in Florida.

Responsibilities

• 50/50 mix between Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology depending on practice needs.
• Perform a range of IR procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, port placement, fluoroscopy, cholangiography, joint injections, and lumbar punctures.

Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join our growing practice in Key West, Florida , supporting Lower Keys Medical Center. The position offers a balanced clinical mix averaging approximately 50% Interventional Radiology and 50% Diagnostic Radiology, depending on practice needs. IR procedures include paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, port placement, fluoroscopy, cholangiograms, joint injections, and lumbar punctures. Experience with breast imaging and procedures is a plus but not required .

The schedule is Monday through Friday with minimal weekend coverage for partnership-track physicians. No IR call or night coverage is required , offering an exceptional opportunity for work-life balance.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine orOsteopathy and residency trained in the practice of Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology

Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology in Interventional Radiology

Medical license or theability to obtain a license in the state of FL

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
