Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare invites qualified locum tenens physicians to join our network for hospital-based assignments in the United States. This role features a standard M-F schedule (8 am to 5 pm) with optional call on nights and weekends and an average of 50 RVUs per shift, with privileges required for hospital settings.

We cover malpractice insurance and pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and provide online portal time entry and assignment details.

Qualifications

• Hospital privileges required.
• Moderate IR and Lite IR procedures are part of the assignment.
• Assignment details, time entry, and portal access are provided.

Responsibilities

• Moderate IR procedures: lung/solid organ biopsy, chest tube, FNA, image-guided core biopsy.
• Lite IR procedures: thoracentesis, paracentesis, LP, myelogram, arthrogram.
• M-F, 8 am - 5 pm with optional call nights and weekends.
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses.
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal.
