Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible interventional radiologist to join a 30+ radiologist group based at the Main Campus in Houston, with possible rotation to a satellite clinic. You will perform general IR procedures, fluoroscopy, and contribute to expanding the IR service catalog, including UFE and PAE, while meeting licensing requirements in Texas.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD/DO) is required.
• Residency training from an accredited program is required.
• Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform general interventional skills from thoracentesis to limited vascular access (EG port placement).
• Perform fluoroscopy and diagnostic imaging as part of the IR practice.
• Contribute to program development to expand the IR procedure catalog, including potential UFE and PAE.
