Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join our Scottsdale, AZ practice. The role emphasizes a broad IR skill set, with at least 80% IR workload and a path to partnership within a physician-owned network.

The compensation includes a base salary plus productivity bonuses, with a comprehensive benefits package and shareholder opportunities. Collaboration with a multi-specialty team at the SMIL outpatient imaging centers is a highlight of this opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of interventional procedures with advanced IR skills, including bleeding management, atherectomy and kyphoplasty.
• Majority of work in IR (≥80%). Shift, call, and vacation duties are shared.
• No Mammography, Nuclear Medicine or MSK responsibilities.

POSITION SUMMARY

RP SMIL is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist to join our well-established, multi-specialty practice in Scottsdale, AZ!

• Strong procedural skills and expertise in performing a wide range of interventional procedures. Advanced procedures range from bleeding management to atherectomy, kyphoplasty and more
• State-of-the-art facilities equipped with the latest technology and advanced imaging capabilities
• Majority of work to be in IR (minimum 80%)
• No Mammography, Nuclear Medicine or MSK responsibility
• Shift assignment, call responsibility, and vacation allotment are all shared equally

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates will be residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology and Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (recent graduates falling under the new ABR guidelines)
• This position is open to both experienced interventional radiologists and fellows completing their training

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $550,000-$700,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
