Compensation includes $600,000–$650,000 in the early years for partnership-track, with a two-year path to partnership, and a sign-on incentive up to $100,000 for experienced candidates.

About RIC

Radiology & Imaging Consultants (RIC) is a 100% radiologist-owned private practice based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Founded in 1983, RIC consists of 34 fellowship-trained radiologists and 7 APPs, providing comprehensive diagnostic radiology and image-guided therapies.

On-site partnership-track positions

• $600,000 – Year 1
• $650,000 – Year 2
• 2-year partnership track
• Nominal partnership buy in

On-site employee-track position

• $2,700/shift with 60 wRVU minimum
• $40/wRVU bonus above base

Schedule & Work Environment

• Primarily on-site, with multiple remote shifts
• Mix of subspecialty and general radiology
• Day shifts with additional swing shifts
• ~10 weekends per year, with a post-call day off
• 10 weeks of vacation including weekend before and after, additional single days off
• Opportunities for internal moonlighting
• 24/7 administrative support
