This is a unique opportunity to align with a growing, independent urology practice of 35+ providers across multiple markets in the Charlotte, NC, region.

We’re seeking an IR physician who thrives on innovation and collaboration—someone excited to build relationships across specialties, develop new procedural programs, and lead service line strategy in an outpatient-based lab (OBL) setting.

What You’ll Do:

    • Renal Ablative Procedures
    • Collaborate with urologists across multiple sites and engage referring providers to enhance integrated care.
    • Lead clinical direction, quality standards, and service line growth.
    • Contribute to future procedural innovation (e.g., hemorrhoid embolization or other emerging IR therapies).
    • Influence best practices in a physician-driven culture.

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Build your network: Collaborate with referring urologists, surgeons, and internal teams in a dynamic, growing practice.
  • Grow your impact: Lead the strategic and clinical development of the IR program.
  • Practice autonomy: Experience the flexibility and influence of working within a large independent group.
  • Forward-thinking care model: Thrive in an OBL setting designed to deliver value-based, minimally invasive care.
  • Charlotte living: Join a vibrant metro area with an excellent quality of life.
