Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking an Interventional Radiologic Technologist (PRN) to support our endovascular team under the Radiologist. The ideal candidate has ARRT certification (VI) and CPR, a minimum of two years Interventional Radiology experience, and the ability to work independently while delivering exemplary patient care in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient services using invasive endovascular technology under the direction of the Radiologist
• Perform routine to complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the interventional suite
• Maintain protocols and process improvements as needed
• Ensure all tools are maintained per sterile processing protocols
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure
• Ensure supplies are available for scheduled procedures
• Build and cultivate relationships with vendors
• All other duties as assigned

Reporting to Manager, RIA Endovascular

Employment Type: PRN

Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) is comprised of over 100 radiologists. All with exceptional skill and expertise, most are fellowship-trained in their field of specialty for additional certification. We are dedicated to accurate and efficient patient diagnosis not matter what their condition. Our interventional radiologists perform some of the most leading-edge treatments available today. We partner with primary care physicians and hospitals across Colorado and Hawaii to provide a resource for both patients and physicians.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide patient services using invasive endovascular technology under the direction of the Radiologist


• Perform routine to complex diagnostic and therapeutic technical procedures as well as a variety of complex and specialized tasks in operating equipment within the interventional suite


• Maintain protocols and process improvements as needed


• Ensure all tools are properly maintained according to sterile processing protocols


• Adhere to radiation safety protocols in order to minimize exposure to patients and staff


• Ensure proper supplies are maintained and available for scheduled procedures


• Effectively build and cultivate relationships with all vendors


• All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• ARRT certification required (VI) License preferred


• CPR certification required


• Minimum of two years Interventional Radiology experience required


• Ability to work independently

Starting compensation is between $40.00 and $49.00/hr

In accordance with Colorado law, the range provided is Radiology Imaging Associate’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role, and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position will receive applications on an ongoing basis, and will remain open until filled.
