Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital in Orange Park, FL seeks a PRN Interventional Radiography RN to support all imaging departments for procedural needs. 2 shifts per week, 7–10 hours each; on-call and holidays may be required. Must have ED or ICU hospital experience and Florida RN license.

Responsibilities include assisting physicians during invasive procedures, medications, and pre/post assessments; collaborate with imaging staff to ensure quality care aligned with hospital standards.

Qualifications

• ACLS valid or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS valid or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Active Florida RN license in good standing.
• Degree: ADN/ASN, Diploma, or BSN.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during invasive procedures, treatments, and examinations.
• Administer medications as required.
• Assist in pre- and post-assessments.
• Support nursing and imaging staff to meet IR department needs.
• Maintain high-quality patient care in line with hospital standards.

Must have Emergency Department or ICU hospital experience.

We are looking for a PRN RN to work 2 shifts per week, 7 to 10 hour shifts. Potentially includes on call and holidays.

This position will cover all medical imaging departments for procedural needs and support.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Interventional RadiographyRN will work closely with all imaging staff at Orange Park Hospital. You will support all nursing areas with their Interventional Radiography needs. The IR RN will providequality care in keeping with the philosophy andobjectivesof the hospital and the Medical Imaging Department.

The Interventional RadiographyRN willassistphysicians duringinvasive procedures, treatments, and examinations,administermedications, andassistinpre and post assessments.

Registered Nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families, and communities. They develop and manage nursing care plans, instruct patients and their families in proper care, and help individuals and groups take steps to improve ormaintaintheir health. Registered Nurses perform based on the Nurse Practice Act and the American Nursing Association (ANA) standards.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Active Florida (RN) Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma, or Bachelors Degree

No Travel Required

Must have Emergency Department or ICU hospital Experience.

1 year of Interventional Radiography experience preferred
