Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System in Ohio seeks an Interventional Radiographer to support a busy radiology department. You will perform interventional procedures, ensure high-quality imaging, and manage accurate RIS charges. On-call duties may apply, with emphasis on radiation safety and patient care.

Two years of diagnostic radiography experience and ARRT registration are required, plus Ohio license and BLS. A strong teamwork ethic and dedication to safety are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program.
• Registered Radiographer with ARRT.
• Ohio Radiological License validity.
• Current BLS certification.
• Two years' diagnostic radiography experience; interventional exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of interventional procedures ensuring optimal image quality.
• Enter on-line charges in RIS and ensure accuracy per policy.
• Participate in On-Call coverage as applicable.
• Follow Radiation Safety guidelines per policy.
