Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Bogart, GA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. You will perform a range of procedures with patient care at the forefront, and contribute to high-quality imaging and safety standards.

The position requires graduation from an AMA/JRCERT accredited program and ARDMS/ARRT registration with BCLS, with no experience required. This entry-level role supports diverse patient populations across adolescent to geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based training program. Required.

• Licenses: ARDMS or ARRT Radiographer Registered; BCLS. Required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures including angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral, and GI studies.
• Completes post-processing and maintains patient records.
• Adheres to established protocols for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations.

Responsibilities

Performs diagnostic and interventional procedures to include but not limited to: angiography, venography, myelography, nephro-ureteral, and gastrointestinal studies, and modality assisted drainage and biopsies. Completes all post processing functions. Performs related record keeping and patient care functions. Ensures the utilization of established protocols and techniques differentiating for adolescent, adult and geriatric patient population in the performance of diagnostic procedures and functions.
