Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Interventional Pulmonology team at Saint Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT. The role involves both inpatient and outpatient care, including pre- and post-procedure management and participation in tumor boards.

The IP program focuses on complex airway, pleural, and esophageal diseases with procedures like navigational bronchoscopy and EBUS.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with CT license.
• Interest or experience in Interventional Pulmonology (IP).
• Flexibility for a four 10-hour shift schedule and hospital-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-procedure evaluations and post-procedure care.
• Assist in IP procedures: navigational bronchoscopy, EBUS, airway stenting, lung volume reduction, pleural interventions.
• Manage patients longitudinally in inpatient and outpatient settings and participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards.
