Job summary
Catholic Health Services of Long Island Physicians Group seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonologist with fellowship training in Interventional Pulmonology to join the pulmonary team at St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center in Roslyn, New York.
The successful candidate will provide advanced Interventional Pulmonology services, including bronchoscopy, EBUS, navigational bronchoscopy, and evaluation of nodules and malignant thoracic disease, in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease/Critical Care Medicine.
- Fellowship trained in Interventional Pulmonology.
- Experienced in advanced bronchoscopic procedures.
- Eligible for medical licensure in New York State.
- Collaborative and multidisciplinary medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Interventional Pulmonology services including advanced diagnostic bronchoscopy and EBUS.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Pulmonary & Critical Care, Thoracic Surgery, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Cardiology, Radiology and Pathology.
- Evaluate and diagnose pulmonary nodules and thoracic malignancies.
- Manage airway and complex pulmonary conditions with bronchoscopic techniques.
