Job summary

Salma Health in Phoenix, AZ seeks a board‑certified/eligible Psychiatrist with interventional psychiatry interest to lead and deliver evidence‑based treatments for complex mood disorders using TMS, Spravato, and ketamine therapies.

Role requires in‑person work in Phoenix with regular clinic hours, collaboration with clinicians, and ongoing program development to expand interventional services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Arizona (or application in process).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients with treatment‑resistant mood and psychiatric conditions.
• Develop treatments combining interventional modalities and standard care.
• Deliver and supervise TMS, SAINT, Spravato and IV ketamine therapies.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust protocols accordingly; manage medications.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, leadership, and staff to scale services.
