The role requires conducting psychiatric evaluations, maintaining compliant documentation, and staying current with evolving treatments. Two days per week (Mon and Wed) with potential schedule changes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing with PMHNP specialization.
• ANCC Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Active California NP license and DEA registration.
• Experience with psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to supervise Spravato treatments and work in-person.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Spravato (esketamine) treatments at the Diamond Bar clinic (training provided).
• Assist Medical Director in all aspects of patient care offered at the clinic (in-person).
• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care per HIPAA and clinic policy.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new treatments and interventions in psychiatry.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship and provide compassionate support throughout treatment.
