Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician to join our Arlington Heights practice. You will treat musculoskeletal, sports, and spine patients and perform spinal interventional procedures in a high-volume setting.

The ideal candidate holds an IL medical license (or pending), completed PM&R residency, and board certification/eligibility. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth within a growing

Qualifications

• Medical license in IL (or pending)
• PM&R residency completed; fellowship a plus
• Board Certified/Board Eligible by ABPMR

Responsibilities

• Work with musculoskeletal, sports and spine patients
• Perform spinal interventional procedures
• Serve patients from Endeavor Service Area (Chicago Metropolitan Market)
• Physician will have at least 34 hours per week of direct patient contact
• Physician may be expected to work extended hours
• Flexibility to determine own extended hours (early morning, evenings or weekends)
