Qualifications

• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Fellowship in Interventional Spine or Pain
• Board certification in specialty or timeline to certification expected

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in PMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise APPs.
• Document in Epic EMR and participate in teaching/mentoring.
