Job summary

Chicago Cardiology Institute (CCI) is seeking a full-time Interventional Cardiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving the Greater Chicago region, with a balanced mix of peripheral and coronary interventional services across clinic, hospital, and office-based lab settings.

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
• Completion of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease training programs.
• MD or DO.
• Eligible for Illinois medical licensure.
• Peripheral vascular training and experience preferred.
• Nuclear and Echocardiography board certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Peripheral vascular interventions including angiograms, stents, atherectomies, and additional vascular procedures.
• Coronary interventional procedures ranging from bread-and-butter to complex cases.
• Opportunity to help expand and grow the peripheral vascular service line within an established Office-Based Lab (OBL).
• Echocardiography (TTE/TEE).
• Nuclear cardiology and cardiovascular diagnostics.
• Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations.
• Preventive cardiology and medication management.
