Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school is required.
• Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease or eligibility is expected.
• Eligibility for Indiana and Illinois medical licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide interventional cardiology services including CTO interventions, Atherectomy, IVUS and OCT.
• Join a private practice group with a strong referral network and team-based care.
• Participate in STEMI coverage and related call compensation; contribute to growth and outcomes.
