Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + Medical school required.
• Fellowship in Pain Management required.
• Board Certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• See patients and respond to medical/health problems.
• Analyze records, test results, and examinations to diagnose.
• Prescribe/treat, perform procedures, and manage care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
• Refer patients to other physicians and facilities as appropriate.
• Engage with sales reps regarding new pharmaceuticals as relevant.
• Maintain patient records in the EMR system and keep CPD portfolio up to date.
• Possibly supervise PA/NP and attend management meetings.
