Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician to join our Brandon/Tampa Bay outpatient practice.

This role focuses on high-quality, evidence-based care with strong clinical support and a solid referral network, in a collaborative environment. The physician will deliver a full range of interventional procedures in an outpatient/ambulatory setting, with no hospital rounds and a shared after-hours call schedule.

Competenze

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Pain Medicine fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (Anesthesiology or PM&R).
• Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical licensure.
• Experience performing interventional pain procedures.
• Experience with neuromodulation and implantable therapies preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Mansioni

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to improve function and quality of life.
• Perform interventional pain procedures including epidural steroid injections, facet injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and nerve blocks.
• Evaluate/manage patients for advanced therapies (SCS, DRG, PNS, intrathecal drug delivery).
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, therapists, and the care team.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, expectations, and long-term pain management.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Stay current with advances in interventional pain medicine and pursue CME.
