Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks an Interventional Pain Management Physician for a full‑time outpatient role in Lake Worth, FL. Monday–Friday with no hospital call, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with pain medicine fellowship and Florida medical licensure (or eligible).
• Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine (Anesthesiology or PM&R).
• Proven experience performing interventional pain procedures.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Perform interventional procedures: epidural steroids, facet injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, peripheral nerve blocks.
• Evaluate and manage candidates for advanced therapies: SCS, DRG, PNS, intrathecal pumps.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialists to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, expectations, and long-term management.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation within the EMR.
• Stay current with interventional pain medicine advances and CME.
