Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active Florida MD license in good standing, with interventional pain management expertise.
• Board certification in Pain Medicine or equivalent at all times.
• Unrestricted DEA registration for Schedules II-V, per facility requirements.
• Demonstrated competency in interventional procedures and patient management.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive consultations, histories, and physical examinations for pain conditions.
• Review imaging and records; coordinate referrals or escalation when needed.
• Develop evidence-informed treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Perform interventional procedures within credentialed scope (e.g., injections, blocks, ablations).
• Utilize imaging guidance and handle advanced interventions only when trained and credentialed.
• Explain risks and obtain informed consent; ensure protocol adherence and safety.
