Job summary

UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a BC/BE fellowship-trained interventional pain physician to join the Pain Medicine Division at Falk Medical Building. The role offers clinical practice, research opportunities, and supervision of APPs within a university-affiliated setting.

Qualifications

• Must be BC/BE with fellowship training in interventional pain management.
• Includes DEA registration and ACLS/BLS.
• Academic appointment and supervision of APPs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose pain disorders and formulate multimodal treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to select appropriate candidates.
• Supervise APPs and train medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Provide occasional weekend and holiday coverage; IP rounding in Oakland.
