Job summary

HCRC consulting in Baltimore, MD seeks a fellowship-trained Pain Management Physician to join our growing practice full time. You will evaluate patients with acute and chronic pain, develop treatment plans, and perform interventional procedures with fluoroscopic and ultrasound guidance.

We offer a $400,000 guaranteed base salary plus an uncapped productivity bonus, comprehensive health insurance, and relocation assistance. Active Maryland license and DEA registration are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Active Maryland medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Active DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and established patients with acute and chronic pain conditions.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform advanced interventional pain procedures under fluoroscopic and ultrasound guidance.
• Manage pharmacologic treatment plans when appropriate.
• Coordinate care with referring physicians, surgeons, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform spinal and peripheral injections.
• Perform trials and management of spinal cord stimulation.
• Participate in practice development and community outreach initiatives.
• Mentor and supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
