Job summary

Mayo Clinic Arizona in Phoenix seeks a pain medicine physician to join a collaborative practice with 6 physicians and 2 APPs. The role focuses on outpatient interventional pain care with some inpatient coverage, and offers an academic appointment based on merit.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ACGME-certified Pain Medicine fellowship.
• Board-certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine and base specialty.
• Experience in clinical management of complex pain patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient pain medicine care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform fluoroscopic spinal injections, radiofrequency ablations, and related procedures.
• Educate and supervise fellows, residents and medical students.
