Responsibilities

• Support providers with clinical tasks, documentation and patient communication.
• Take vital signs and update patient histories.
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure equipment is clean and stocked.
• Assist during exams and procedures as directed by providers.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professionalism.
• Enter clinical documentation accurately in EMR systems.
• Coordinate patient care via calls, faxes and secure messaging.
• Follow up on medical clearances, referrals and lab results.
• Provide front and back office support as needed.
