Job summary

Endeavor Health's Neurological Institute seeks a Neuro-interventionalist with vascular neurology expertise at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role includes endovascular procedures, management of vascular neuro disorders, and leadership in treatment planning.

Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, radiologists, and stroke-trained staff; participate in on-call coverage and clinical research within a premier academic neurology/neurosurgery group.

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Neurology, Neurosurgery with subspecialty certification in Neuro-interventional Surgery and Vascular Neurology.
• MD or DO degree with completed residency in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or fellowship training in Neuro-interventional Surgery Interventional Neurology and Vascular Neurology.
• Illinois Medical license or pending

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced neuro-interventional procedures including endovascular coiling, stenting, thrombectomy, embolization, and angiography.
• Manage and treat vascular neurological disorders.
• Lead evaluation and development of treatment plans for complex cerebrovascular conditions.
• Collaborate with neurologists, neurosurgeons, radiologists, and other specialists to provide integrated care.
• Coordinate care with stroke-trained nurses and Advanced Practice Providers; participate in on-call rotation.
• Engage in clinical research in neuro-intervention and vascular neurology with dedicated research support.
• Join a large academic neurology and neurosurgery group within Endeavor Health.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team of nationally recognized medical professionals.

• Salary Range $540,084- $648,945 "As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance"

What you will need:

• Join an outstanding multidisciplinary team and robust referral base that includes excellent Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Physiatrists, Neuro-Psychologists, and Neuro-Radiologists.
• Join one of the largest academic Neurology and Neurosurgery groups in the Chicago region.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team of nationally recognized medical professionals within the Endeavor Health Neurosciences.
