Job summary

The Elliot Health System in Manchester, NH, is seeking a skilled Interventional Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography and interventional breast imaging under radiologist direction. Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• At least 5 years of experience as a radiologic technologist.
• Experience with biopsy procedures, especially stereotactic and ultrasound.
• Board certification in Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy required.
• ARRT Mammography certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams per standards and physician direction.
• Conduct interventional breast imaging under radiologist direction.
• Adhere to exam protocols and participate in quality control activities.
• Schedule patients for procedures and explain the process to patients.
