A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a Special Procedures Technologist to elevate your career in a high-performance surgical environment. The role involves performing complex special procedures in the Operating Room and collaborating with radiologists and surgeons. Candidates must possess an accredited radiography education, current licensure, and at least 2 years of Neuro Interventional experience. The position is full-time in White Plains, NY, working Monday to Friday with on-call rotations.
Qualifications
Graduate of an allied health education program at an accredited radiography school.
Current New York State Department of Health Licensure or Limited Permit.
ARRT Registered: (RT) and Radiograph (R).
BLS Certification required.
Minimum of 2 years of Neuro Interventional experience required.
Responsibilities
Perform interventional imaging and special procedures in the Operating Room.
Assist physicians during complex procedures, providing technical support.
Produce high-quality technical images and perform quality assurance.
Provide education to patients and families about examinations.
Maintain operational readiness and safety in the clinical environment.
