Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an Endoscopy Support professional in the Phoenix area. You will assist physicians and nurses during advanced interventional and general GI and pulmonary procedures, ensuring patient safety and efficient room readiness.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms, verifying equipment, troubleshooting devices, and maintaining scope cleanliness. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with SGNA certification preferred and BLS current.

Qualifications

• 2 years direct patient care or endoscopy experience required.
• 1 year general endoscopy experience with ERCP preferred.
• BLS certification current required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and RNs during advanced therapeutic interventional and general endoscopy procedures.
• Prepare procedure rooms and verify equipment function; troubleshoot endoscopes and devices.
• Disinfect/clean scopes and instruments; monitor patient vitals during procedures.
