The Heart Institute at Stony Brook Medicine seeks an outstanding interventional and consultative cardiologist to expand and shape cardiovascular services on the East End of Long Island. This role offers leadership in patient care, program development, and access to advanced services, with a direct and lasting community impact.

The successful applicant will:

• Play a leading role in growing a thriving general cardiology practice and interventional service in a region of expanding demand and rapid population growth.
• Provide independent STEMI call coverage at a full‑service community hospital, supported by a dedicated cath‑lab team.
• Balance outpatient and inpatient cardiology clinical care responsibilities, with opportunities to interpret echocardiograms, perform TEEs, and read cardiac imaging.

Preferred qualifications:

• Level II training in echocardiography or advanced imaging, including nuclear training.

Tenure/Non‑Tenure Track position. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for overtime provisions of the FLSA.
