MemorialCare Health System in Laguna Hills, CA is seeking a Cardiovascular Special Procedures Technologist to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures across adult to geriatric patients.

This role supports Saddleback Medical Center as a STEMI, Stroke and Thrombectomy Capable Receiving Center with competencies in invasive cardiology, interventional radiology, peripheral vascular, neurovascular interventions and TAVR.

Formación

• One year Special Procedures, Cath Lab, Vascular Lab and/or EP Lab experience preferred.
• In lieu of experience, strong education and associated experiential background with minimal of one year experience in a Radiologic setting.
• Completion of Dysrhythmia or EKG class required within first year; hemodynamic monitoring preferred; computer/Internet and word processing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures for adult to geriatric patients.
• Scrub and monitor physiologic hemodynamic data during procedures.
• Assist in patient care and preparation of the lab by performing routine and delegated duties.
• Maintain infection control policies and department protocols.
• Contribute to an effective and safe working environment and mentor new staff.
