Job summary

Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley is seeking an experienced Radiology professional to assist in interventional procedures and imaging. You will scrub and circulate in the Cath Lab, monitor hemodynamics, and ensure safe operation of equipment and radiation protection.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, documenting measurements, and providing education to patients and families while maintaining inventory and collaborating with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years to 5 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Graduate of accredited School of Radiology required
• Current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required
• ACLS required
• ARRT radiology tech license or ARRT-CT certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for interventional procedures
• Monitors and documents hemodynamic measurements during procedures
• Assists physician with interventional procedures and imaging
• Ensures radiation protection protocols are followed by staff and patients
• Inventory management for procedure rooms and restocking
• Cross-train in Cardiac Cath and Interventional Radiology Lab tasks
• Educates patients and families about procedures and treatments
