Northwest Medical Center Tucson is seeking a Cath Lab RN for a full-time day shift with required call. You will work in a high-acuity cardiac lab environment, assisting in complex procedures and providing patient-centered care across pre-, intra-, and post-procedure stages.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• State RN licensure required (or compact licensure).
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Proficient in patient assessment and monitoring during procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered care across pre-, intra-, and post-procedure phases in the Cath Lab.
• Assist physicians during catheterizations and PCI procedures with proficiency.
• Monitor vital signs, hemodynamics, and equipment during cases.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, post-care, and discharge planning.
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
• Participate in quality improvement and performance improvement activities.
