Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an Interventional Procedures Tech I to support cath lab/IVR services. The role involves performing interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety, and delivering high-quality images for interpretation, with meticulous documentation.

Applicants must graduate from an approved radiography or cardiovascular tech program, hold ARRT certification or be eligible, possess Arkansas licensure, and have CPR. Minimum 18 months Cath Lab/IVR experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved radiography or cardiovascular tech program.
• Must have ARRT certification or registry eligible, or RCVT/RCIS or registry eligible and must have Arkansas Radiologic Technologist license or a limited scope license and CPR.
• Must complete and have approval of promotion request from Radiology Tech or have equivalent technical experience for a Special Procedures Tech I as per hiring checklist for new hires.
• Must have 18 months minimum Cath Lab and/or IVR experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of interventional procedures; responds to patient safety, mental, and physical comfort, provides quality images for interpretation, and completes proper documentation.
