Job summary

Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Washington state is seeking an experienced radiologic professional to assist in percutaneous diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures under physician supervision.

You will assist in imaging, monitor patients, and help maintain specialized cardiovascular equipment in a fast-paced Cath/Diagnostic Imaging Department, with on-call availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a two-year invasive cardiovascular program or
• Successful completion of a formal Radiologic Technologist program
• Washington Radiologic Technologist license or
• Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification or
• ARRT - Radiography or
• National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - CCI or
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association or
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of cardiovascular procedures under physician supervision.
• Obtain optimal radiographs and assist in aseptic environment.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of cardiovascular equipment and supplies and assist with their use.
• Be available for on-call shifts.

Education

Graduate of a two-year invasive cardiovascular program

Successful completion of a formal Radiologic Technologist program

Washington Radiologic Technologist license

Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification

ARRT - Radiography

National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - CCI

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
