Job summary

ConnectedHealth is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist - Interventional to support procedures in a cardiac catheterization lab. You will assist physicians, scrub and circulate, and operate fluoroscopy to yield high-quality images while upholding patient safety.

Qualifications include ARRT certification, California licensure, BLS, and 2+ years in radiology with at least 1 year in a cardiac cath/interventional setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
• Active ARRT certification required.
• Current California Radiologic Technologist license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience.
• At least 1 year of scrubbing experience in a cardiac cath lab or interventional setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Scrub and circulate during diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac and vascular procedures.
• Operate fluoroscopy and imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare sterile fields, instruments, and supplies for procedures.
• Monitor patient status and maintain safety throughout procedures.
• Ensure proper radiation safety protocols for staff and patients.
• Accurately document procedures, imaging data, and patient information.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and cath lab staff to maintain efficient workflow.
• Participate in equipment quality assurance and maintenance protocols.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
