Job summary

Carle Health’s Cath Lab team seeks a qualified Radiologic Technologist to support interventional procedures. You will administer contrast, assist with invasive cases, and ensure sterile conditions while monitoring imaging and patient safety across shifts.

Expect responsibilities including on-call duties, charting, and collaboration with physicians to optimize patient care in a fast-paced cath lab environment.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 1 year (AHA).
• ARRT registered radiologic technologist and Illinois licensure.
• BLS within 30 days (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Administers contrast material and venipuncture as needed.
• Assists with invasive procedures and sterile field.
• Maintains inventory and ensures correct patient identification.
• Operates imaging and monitoring equipment; on-call as needed.

Education

Associate’s Degree: Radiologic Technology

Licensed Radiologic Technologist - Radiography - IEMA

ACLS certification

BLS certification

ARRT registration
