Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare in the United States is seeking a cardiology coverage physician to provide 7–10 days per month of service. Candidates will handle 6–15 patients daily, with 8 in the Cath Lab, including pacemaker implantation where needed. The role requires reading echocardiograms, EKGs, Holter monitors, nuclear tests and cardiac CTs. Weatherby covers malpractice and travel, with 24/7 consultant support.

Qualifications

• 7–10 days of coverage per month
• 6–15 patients per day, 8 patients per day in the Cath Lab
• Pacemaker implantation required
• Required: echocardiograms, TEEs, cardioversions, viability studies
• Nuclear stress tests and cardiac CT scans required
• Must read and interpret echocardiograms, EKGs, Holter monitors
