Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens physician to support both outpatient and inpatient coverage in a flexible assignment. Expect 12–16 patients daily in clinic and 5–10 when rounding and consulting, with potential 1–3 procedures on lab days.

Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm with weekend and night call. The role requires coronary interventions, caths, echo, stress, and EKG experience; nuclear and TEE experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Outpatient and inpatient coverage experience preferred.
• Experience with high-volume clinic/call schedules is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient and inpatient coverage.
• Handle 12–16 patients per day in clinic; 5–10 during rounding/consulting.
• Perform 1–3 procedures on lab days.
• Participate in coronary interventions, caths, echo, stress tests, and EKGs as required.
