HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join their busy and growing practice. The role offers a high-volume clinic with access to a comprehensive cardiovascular program and a structural heart program including TAVR and Watchman.

The position is employed with full benefits, a strong ramp-up period, and opportunities to participate in GME programs. Board-certified or board-eligible candidates with fellowship training are highly valued.

• This is part of a larger Panhandle Market group covering from Panama City to Pensacola sites.

Qualified Candidates:

• Fellowship trained; board eligible or board certified in interventional cardiology

• Interest in peripheral or complex high-risk PCI

• Structural experience a plus

• Exceptional communication skills and collegial disposition

• Practice is willing to consider an exceptional fellow

• Structural heart program offering TAVR, Watchman, PFO/ASD closure

• Offering renal denervation in the coming months.

• Call coverage is 1 in 5 at the main facility and is compensated separately. Option to cover call at a nearby, small sister hospital

• Comprehensive cardiovascular program including Interventional Radiology, EP, 2 highly skilled cardiothoracic surgeons, dedicated CVICU and Step down / telemetry unit

• Outpatient cardiac rehabilitation just blocks from the hospital

• Accredited Primary Stroke Center

• Tri-County area's first Accredited Chest Pain Center with excellent Door to Balloon times

• Robust practice averaging 10-15 consults per day with mid-level support and full complement of clinic staff

• Full complement of dedicated marketing including a community relations liaison to ensure your success and integration into the community
