Job summary

University Health in Texas seeks a Nurse Clinical Specialist Coordinator to optimize care for patients referred to the Interventional Cardiology Clinic. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, triage referrals, schedule timely provider visits, and ensure seamless transitions between outpatient and inpatient settings.

You will also act as liaison with referring providers and patients while supporting program growth through outreach and data management.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas required or eligible.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Experience in cardiovascular or interventional cardiology nursing preferred.
• Proficiency with major EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and streamline care for Interventional Cardiology Clinic patients.
• Triage referred patients and facilitate provider scheduling.
• Serve as liaison between referring providers, the interventional team, and patients.
