Job summary

MUSC Health Columbia Medical Center Downtown is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Interventional Cardiology team. This full-time role combines advanced clinical practice with coordinated inpatient and outpatient care for patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular disease.

You will work alongside cardiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate patients, coordinate care across the continuum, and deliver evidence-based treatment to

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in South Carolina as NP or PA.
• Cardiology, critical care, or structural heart experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to interventional cardiology patients in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Evaluate and manage new and established patients with history, exam, labs, imaging.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and transitions across the patient journey.
