Job summary

A growing Division of Cardiology at a major academic institution in Texas invites an Interventional Cardiologist to contribute to inpatient and outpatient clinical care. You will participate in expanding interventional volumes—coronary, peripheral, and structural—while teaching fellows, residents, and medical students in hospital settings.

The role includes helping establish a new structural interventional initiative and working within a dynamic bicultural community along the US-Mexico border.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in IM and Cardiovascular Disease.
• Texas medical license and DEA eligibility.
• Strong clinical, procedural, and teaching skills.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care within a growing division.
• Engage in teaching fellows, residents, and medical students in clinical and hospital settings.
• Help develop and grow interventional programs and a new structural initiative.
